影響不銹鋼管價(jià)格的因素除了品牌、材質(zhì)和生產(chǎn)工藝以外，*重要因素既鋼管表面處理方法。為進(jìn)一步改善管道材料特性，對(duì)管道內(nèi)外表面進(jìn)行處理一般有四種方法：酸洗鈍化(AP)、機(jī)械拋光（MP）、光亮退火(BA)和電解拋光(EP)處理工藝。試驗(yàn)資料和實(shí)踐都證明，通過(guò)表面處理后，管道材料的粗糙度減小，表面吸附性減弱。那么AP、MP、BP、EP級(jí)不銹鋼管的區(qū)別在哪？

AP（Acid Pickling）酸洗處理

不銹鋼的耐腐蝕能力主要來(lái)源于其內(nèi)含的鉻元素與氧氣發(fā)生反應(yīng)后在其表面形成一層致密的防護(hù)層。而酸洗的作用就是讓其提前發(fā)生這種反應(yīng)，以提高不銹鋼管的耐腐蝕能力，酸洗過(guò)程中會(huì)去除管材表面所附著的油污及其他在生產(chǎn)中所沾染的其他物質(zhì)。管道內(nèi)外表面較粗糙易有懸浮雜質(zhì)附著。

MP （Mechanical polishing）機(jī)械拋光

拋光輪或拋光帶借助拋光劑中的磨料對(duì)不銹鋼管表面進(jìn)行拋磨加工，促使不銹鋼管面達(dá)到平滑拋光效果。其亮度與效果則取決于加工方式的種類。另外機(jī)械拋光后雖較美觀但也會(huì)降低抗蝕性，所以當(dāng)用在腐蝕環(huán)境下需再經(jīng)過(guò)鈍化處理，且鋼管表面常有拋光材料殘留。

鋼管在制造過(guò)程中，用于潤(rùn)滑的油脂晶粒也會(huì)因加工而變形，為了避免油脂殘留在鋼管中，在退火時(shí)利用高溫以氬氣充當(dāng)爐內(nèi)氣氛，借由氬氣與鋼管表面的碳氧結(jié)合燃燒，進(jìn)一步清潔鋼管的表面產(chǎn)生亮面效果，這種利用純氬氣退火加熱并快速冷卻，以亮化光面的方式叫光輝退火。雖然利用此種方式來(lái)亮化表面可保鋼管充分干凈無(wú)任何外來(lái)污染。但這種表面的明亮度若與其他拋光方式相較機(jī)械、化學(xué)、電解會(huì)有霧面的感覺(jué)。當(dāng)然其效果也與氬氣的含量與加熱的次數(shù)有關(guān)。

電解拋光是利用陽(yáng)極處理的方式，借由電化學(xué)的原理，適當(dāng)?shù)卣{(diào)整電壓、電流、酸液組成、以及拋光時(shí)間，不但可以使表面達(dá)到明亮、順滑、潔凈的效果，更可以提升表面的抗腐蝕性，所以是*佳的亮化表面的方法，當(dāng)然其成本和技術(shù)也相應(yīng)的提高不少。

經(jīng)過(guò)電解拋光鋼管
